Nos reunimos de nuevo.

Esta vez para coincidir con nuestros colegas del HDC-Málaga.

así que - arranca el motor !!!

de nuevo el sonido “patata” de mis dos cilindros en V --- pa.ta.ta, pa.ta.ta, pa.ta.ta, ...

y allá vamos... después de una buena noche de sueño en la casa de Manolo nos sentimos extraordinariamente bien a la hora de empezar una bonita y aterciopelada mañana.

El rugido de las motos. Nuestro presidente llega puntualmente a las 8:45, un breve y cálido saludo y no perdemos ni un minuto para ir al encuentro de nuestros amigos.

Como 15 minutos después vemos llegar a Chema y Carmen al aparcamiento del Carrefour con sus luces destellantes de la policía americana (asustando a unos pocos corredores mañaneros solitarios) y haciéndonos señas: ¡Vamos! - ¿por qué demonios aparcasteis aquí?

wroomm, patata, patata, estamos camino de Utrera, para coincidir con Paco y con Angel.

Estos dos tíos son increíbles - son puntuales, nos esperan pacientemente en la rotonda de entrada - Paco fumando su pipa, Angel sentado en su Heritage...

Ahora nos vamos camino de Ronda - bonito paseo mientras el sol sale. Se apetece desayunar - lo hacemos en el restaurante "Salado" en el que paramos para nuestro consabido café con leche y tostada con aceite...

Media hora después, de nuevo en la carretera, maravillosas curvas camino de Ronda...

Llegando a Ronda nos detuvimos para averiguar dónde encontrarnos con los de Málaga y paramos en un sitio poco habitual, donde el ciervo se encuentra con los motoristas - de forma que me dí una cabalgada, ¡¡¡ hombre...!!!

Y luego todos juntos en Atajate - donde fuimos recibidos por nuestros amigos del HDC-Málaga !!

No pasó mucho rato cuando ya estábamos en ruta de nuevo por esa bonita carretera, curveada, estrecha, excitante y de vistas exhalantes, guiados por el vicepresidente del HDC-Málaga, a un bonito pueblo llamado Parauto donde nos invitaron a una copa y un pequeño tapeo y animados a dar un paseo por este bonito pueblo, donde todos nosotros 'Intrusos de aspecto salvaje' fuimos bienvenidos con entusiasmo.

Una hora después dejábamos la hospitalidad de Parauto, retomando nuestro camino a un camping a unos 25 kms. de distancia.

¡¡¡ qué sorpresa !!!, llegamos al sitio y la comida estaba ya preparada - un entorno perfecto para un sitio ideal donde tomar un vino, un menudo y unos chorizos ((bueno, a decir verdad, casi nadie bebió el delicioso vino de la tierra y sino que se engatilló con la ordinaria cerveza (sin alcohol) )).

Toni, el presidente del HDC-Málaga encontró rápidamente una mesa a propósito para los hdc's de Andalucía y Málaga y no tardó un segundo en reservar tan pequeño y privado sitio para los amigos...

y - puedo contarte que bebimos y comimos, nos reimos y discutimos sobre futuros eventos, próximas movidas y qué hacer más adelante y adónde ir con nuestras Harleys...

Ir al super-rally de Italia - unos pocos de nosotros iremos si todo va bien, el espíritu de nuestros amigos de los HDC acompañará a los moteros ...

La fantástica sobremesa se terminó demasiado pronto (como suele pasar con estas veladas) , todo el mundo tenía un buen puñado de kilómetros que hacer de vuelta a casa ... y de nuevo arrancamos las Harleys y nos despedimos de todos los demás yéndonos del camping con un sentimiento compartido de...

¡¡¡ este ha sido un día de p.m. con los colegas de nuevo !!!

RIDE TO ATAJATE AND RONDA

CHRONICLE OF PETER HOLTUIS

we meet again

-

this time for an assembly with our dear friends from HDC-Malaga.

so what - fire up the engine !!!

the v-twin potatoes it's sound ---potato, potato, potato,....

and off we go...after a good night sleep at manolo's resident in the center of sevilla we feel so good to start a beautiful nice, bluesky welcoming morning.

the bikes thunder, our president picks us up exactly spot on 08:45 hours. short and warm hello, we do not waste time to meet our friends.

about 15 minutes later chema and carmen approach american police style flashing carrefour parking (scaring away a few lonely morning runners) and waving to us : let's go - why the hell you parked here???

wroomm, potao, potato we are on our way towards utrera, to meet paco and angel.

these two guys are incredible - they are punctual, waiting patiently at the announced round about - paco smoking his pipe, angel sitting on his heritage...

now we are underway to ronda - nice ride into the upcoming sunshine. you like a breakfast - have it at the salado restaurant, where we stop for our usual cafe con leche y tostada con azeite...

half an hour later on the road again, wonderful´swinging road up to ronda...

arriving ronda we stopped to clarify where to meet and stopped at an unusual place, where the deer meets the motorcycle-driver - so take me for a ride, man...!!!

and then we all met in atajate - where we were greeted by our friends from HDC-Malaga !!

it did not take long, and we all were underway again on this beautiful road, curvy, narrow, exciting, breathtaking views and to be guided by the vice-presidente of HDC-Malaga to a village Parauto, where we were treated to a free drink, a small typical snack and encouraged to take a stroll through this beautifull little village, where all of us 'Wild Looking Intruders' were welcomed with such an enthusiasm.

one hour later we left the hospitality of Parauto, winding up our way to the camping site about a 25 km drive away.

what a surprise !!! we arrived here and the meal was prepared already - a perfect environment for a perfect place to wine and dine (( ok - to be fair, hardly anybody drank the delicious full bodied local wine and stuck to the ordinary (alcohol-free) beer ))

Tony, el presidente del HDC-Malaga immediately found a suitable mesa por los hdc's del andalucia y malaga and did not waste a second to claim this little private resort for all of us friends....

and - man I can tell you, we ate and drank, had fun and discussed future events, x-mas coming and what to do then and where to ride with our Harley's....

riding up to the super-rally in Italy - a few of us will go if they can manage, the spirit of our HDC-Friends will accompany the riders...

this wonderful afternoon ended ( as usually these meetings do ) too soon, everybody had a few kilometers to go back home...we all fired up the harley's again, and then waved good-bye to each other and we rolled off the camping site with a common feeling of...

gee, this was a f.....g nice day out with the guys again!!!
